Links to third-party websites do not constitute or imply endorsement by Aii of those sites, the information they contain, or any products or services they describe.
9. PASSWORDS
The User responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your Aii online password or account. It is your sole responsibility to: 1) control the disclosure and use of your password; 2) authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your Member Site online account and password; and, 3) promptly inform Aii of any need to deactivate a password. The User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through the User’s account or password. The User agrees to immediately notify Aii of any unauthorized use of User password or account or any other breach of security.
10. NO CONTRACT
None of the content of this site is intended to create or modify any contract between the User and Aii. Pricing, terms of purchase, discounts, and all other provisions governing the relationship between Aii and User shall be governed solely by the agreement in effect between User and Aii at the relevant time of enrollment and not by this website. No information Aii provides on this website shall constitute an offer to sell any product or otherwise be binding on Aii for any purpose whatsoever.
11. BILLING AND CANCELLATION
The User receives membership in the Aii by means of monthly or annual tuition chosen by the User upon enrollment or registration with the Aii. Every User grants to the Aii permission for tuition to be billed monthly or annually as explicitly indicated by the User at enrollment. The User cannot change or upgrade billing details or tuition details except through the User’s secured Member Account portal.
The User that registers for a one-dollar Trial Membership recognizes that monthly tuition will be automatically billed to the User after 1 month (30 days).
The satisfaction guarantee is limited to the first 21 days (first 504 hours) of Membership for Members on both monthly and annual tuition plans. The right to a refund is forfeited after the initial 21 days (initial 504 hours) of membership. This full refund must be requested in the member support portal. The amount and form of such credits are at our sole and absolute discretion.
The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
The User may cancel Aii Membership and recurring billing at any time by clicking “Cancel My Account” in their Member Account. American Intervention Institute takes Member privacy and security seriously and only confirms User billing decisions (tuition, upgrades, cancellations, etc.) when the User’s billing decisions are executed through the secured Member Account portal.
Attempted cancellation requests written through email, phone, voicemail, comment, member forum, or social media accounts do NOT constitute a cancellation. These requests outside the americaninterventioninstitute.com site cannot be verified as valid, legitimate, or secure. Therefore, User accounts can only be canceled through the secure Member Account dashboard within the American Intervention Institute. The User’s account and tuition billing cycle will remain in effect until the User formally cancels through the secure User’s Member Account Portal.
Billing is not dependent on the use or participation on the Member Site by the User. Billing recurs based on maintenance of an activated account until properly canceled on the Member Site as described above.
Failure to pay tuition for 7 days will lead to the automatic termination of Membership and Member access to previous resources and materials.
12. DISPUTES
The User promises upon enrollment not to enter into a tuition billing dispute with the Aii through the User’s bank, credit union, debit card carrier, or credit card carrier without first addressing their tuition billing concern through the Aii support portal. The link for the Support Portal is located at the bottom of the Aii page, post, and lesson of the American Intervention Institute website for the User’s immediate convenience. Any dispute through a bank, credit union, debit card carrier, credit card carrier, or any payment processor will be resolved on the basis of these Terms and Conditions which every User clicked and agreed upon before payment.
If the User did not properly follow the terms and conditions of cancellation as described in the Aii Terms and Conditions, the User will withdraw all disputes against the Aii and pay the tuition owed. The User also agrees to pay a $30 fee for any tuition dispute against the Aii.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The member site and the content available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You expressly agree that the use of this site and/or its content is at your sole risk. Aii does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of any use of, or otherwise respecting, the materials maintained on or accessed by way of this site or any website linked to this site.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstance (including negligence and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) will Aii be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation, business interruption, delays, loss of data or profit) arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials maintained on, or accessed by way of, this site, even if Aii has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If the use of such materials results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of user equipment or data, the User assumes any costs associated therewith.
15. APPLICABLE LAWS
