Early intervention
The EAP now has a resource that they can refer a person to who has a relationship challenge at home or a substance use disorder going on. The EAP can inform the employ to do it themselves.
Confidential & Discreet
The only person who knows that you are needing an intervention is you and your confidential EAP. You and your spouse can work on the intervention together, at home, and can do it in a confidential setting. Whether you are struggling with substance use disorder or your relationship, we give you the modules to follow to do-it-yourself. Your EAP either will give you a coupon code (if the company you work for pays for it) or will advise you to look at the website and decide on your own if you want to purchase the download and do-it-yourself.
Help is available today
An employee can intervene on themselves or their family member who is struggling with substance use disorder. Through our download, they can start working on an intervention today, go through the Family Program, and learn more about the disease and bring it into the light.
Also, if an employee is struggling with their relationship, they can also download our program that will avail them to begin an early intervention and possibly avoid marriage counseling. The sooner someone can intervene on their relationship and begin working with their partner on common issues, the better chances of success in finding that joy and peace at home.
